I needed it for use with a ceiling mounted proximity sensor. Very durable and easy to use.

Installed this to control led light fixtures in my workshop from multiple locations. I did not want the hassle of run Romex in the sheet rocked walls and ceiling. This unit allowed me to use 22ga cable stapled to the baseboard to 2 additional switches.

Works great.... we had a control relay go out for our room lighting occupancy sensor system. We needed the system to turn on by sending the 24 volt signal power from this unit out passing through our occupancy sensors, and the 24 volts returned to this unit when the room was occupied to control and turn on the power hot leg that fed from our light switch before it fed the hot leg to the lighting circuit. This unit was a perfect fit...

All six items delivered in opened/damaged boxes. Replacing.

I've installed many of these at work with the cm-10 occupancy sensor, so I picked up a couple for home.
