Miracle vitamin/supplement - all I can say!
This is my true personal experiences and not sure if it applies to everyone. However, if you believe in my experience, who is also having a terrible sleeping quality, and love to try new things. Hey, you should give it a try! My real issue - I don't have problem to fall into sleep. But my sleeping quality was terrible. Why? I remembered I usually had a lot of dreams at night. Then, the next morning, I felt sleepy, not as energetic as it should. In the afternoon, I became tired easily. At night, I was like a dead fish and just couldn't focus on anything. Even more tired but couldn't sleep yet. After that, another bad cycle the next day. All I can say is, I felt like I went to work in another world at night. I constantly felt not energetic as I supposed to have. Not to say that I am only 40 years old and should be energetic still.. I've tried everything - vitamin, Chinese herbs, better diet, exercise, you named it. I also got mix up w/ the fact that I used to have the chemo done 7 years ago. Thought it could be the side effect. Or, I thought it is because I am getting older and that is just how it will feel like. I saw this supplement very randomly. I love to try new things like new tech devices. But to have the better dreams? Wow, sounds super Scifi! I am a scifi fan and I don't see I have anything to lose since my quality of sleep wasn't that great anyway. But I had to say: their instruction was not very pleasant to see: taking one blue pill before you go to sleep, no problem. Take one red pill after 4 hours, err..WHAT? I need to wake up in the middle of the night? How is that going to help me? Oh well, my sleep sucks now anyway. I usually go to the bathroom at night so I will just take it after going to the bathroom. After two days of trial, it came to my surprise, I feel very good. I can actually say, I can see a big difference. So, I feel so much energetic. I am talking about the energy that I supposed to have, or I used to have when I was younger is back. I can stay focus better, I feel less tired in the afternoon. At night, I am no longer a dead fish. All of those bad energy level situations are gone! No words to describe it. And yes, I remembered my dreams much better, which is the main purpose for this supplement. It's like, I tried to recall a class I attended last night. It is there, you will remember if you think harder. It's not some random, jumping around scenarios anymore. It's like a full episode which has a beginning to the end that kind of memory. I also can remember the people's face, the place, or even the feelings I had in the dreams. I don't feel scare to have those details as long as I can have my quality of sleep. I am also a spiritual person and I also do believe in dream prediction. So hey, this is wonderful, I can take the advantage of this now! :) If you are having a very similar sleeping quality issue as me, give it a try. It works for me and it might work for you. Hope it helps! :):)

Could be psychosomatic
First, let me start by revealing prior to taking this particular duo, I took melatonin and valerian root nightly. I also have always had vivid dreams. Dreams where I could NOT control situations I would normally want to such as trying to โscreamโ or run away from something and not be able to scream and find myself in a bad predicament. So, I ceased the individual melatonin and valerian and bc I am such a light sleeper and wake up every few hours anyway, I took the red pill first and not the blue at all. The first few nights there were dreams I was controlling and it was completely bizarre. Then, I began taking the blue pill first and then the red when I woke up. (I donโt understand this if Iโm a light sleeper and should be taking the red 3 hrs prior to bed why that would change) but still wanted to follow directions. Those nights I had my normal blips of dreams and I do keep a dream journal so I am able to track which days are more lucid than others. So...then I went back to taking the red first 3 hours prior to bed, and the blue right before and WOW...not only was I dreaming vividly and I was going in the directions I wanted, communicating in them, and was heard. It wasnโt trying to say something with nothing coming out of my mouth. And I was having multiple lucid dreams per night. Still on the first bottle and I know a tolerance can build, so Iโm hoping to go back and forth from these and the pure melatonin w/valerian and will follow up once I hit the 2nd bottle. Also, the red and blue pills come in the same bottle which I wasnโt expecting, but ok. Itโs worth a try if you donโt normally have lucid or vivid dreams and also want to fall asleep fast. Hope this review helps anyone. Sleep is precious and I am a long time insomniac and it is really nice to have the dreams and sleep Iโve had, and truly hope this product is working but time will tell.

You have to wake up in the middle of the night to complete dosing
How I missed this partโฆ. The dosing for this is to take 1st dose, set alarm and wake up in middle of night to take 2nd dose. Despite my frustration at such an inconvenient dosing schedule I tried it out for several nights. If you live with pets or kids in nearby rooms or others who wake up when youโve got an alarm going off in the middle of the night then this is not a good option for you. I read thru lots of reviews and Iโm not sure how I missed this piece of how this product is effective. The schedule to take a sleep aid ended up causing me anxiety - either couldnโt sleep bc I feared not waking up to the alarm or didnโt want to at my alarm too loud for fear of waking others up. A week of this proved to me that even if a product technically โworksโ, the sleep aid can still prevent someone from getting a good nightโs sleep. Am I the only person who felt this way?

Great product to help with more vivid dreaming
Dream Leaf Pro is a great herbal supplement to use for both dream recall as well as having dreams which are more vivid. Dream Leaf is also supposed to help with lucid dreaming. If you struggle to remember your dreams (remember that almost all of us DO dream) but would like a way to do so, Dream Leaf is for you. In the bottle you will find 60 pills, which is a 30-day supply. There are blue pills as well as red ones included in the bottle. These are inspired by the movie The Matrix from 1999, in which Neo is offered a choice: โTake the blue pill, you wake up at home and believe whatever you want to believe. Take the red pill, and stay in Wonderland, and you find out how deep the rabbit hole goes.โ The blue pill contains 2 ingredients: 100mg each of valerian leaf and mugwort leaf, respectively. The red pill contains 3 ingredients: 125 mg each of Alpha GPC, Choline bitartrate, and Huperzine A. According to the instructions, first thing before you head to bed, take a blue pill. Both valerian and mugwort are herbal supplements known to promote sleep. Set an alarm to wake you up after around 4 hours of sleep, then take the red pill. Go back to sleep and begin to dream. All of the ingredients in these pills are natural and meant to help you dream more vividly. If you sleep lightly, you can take a blue pill the first night, and skip waking up for the red pill entirely. Then, the next night, take ONLY the red pill. After using the pills for several nights, I can safely report that they do indeed help me dream more vividly. Itโs also easier to remember my dreams. However, I have yet to experience any lucid dreams--a dream in which you are consciously aware that you are dreaming, while itโs happening. The pills are supposed to help with this as well. I would say they help with vividness of recall, and may help me eventually have a lucid dream, especially if I combine them with a lucid dream technique like MILD or the Wake-Back -to-Bed technique. Looking forward to using these techniques in combination with Dream Leaf and see where it takes me! I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to expand their dream recall horizons! The pills cost $30 and seem like a decent value, rather than buying each of these ingredients separately at the health food store.

Amazing dreams but no lucid dreams
The first thing i want to say about this product is that you will diffidently see change in your dreams. I haven't had a lucid dream yet, but these supplements have improved my dream recall by MILES. Its been around 4 hours and i can still remember at least 3 different dreams i had last night. Another thing about my dreams were that they were more intense. My dreams weren't as light as they normally are. Every time ive taken the supplements, my dreams go from silly or not serious, to like im watching an episode of lost. The last thing i can say about dream leaf is that when im in the dreams, my behavior and decision making is more like myself in real life. Imagine lucid dreaming where you have control of your decisions, accept you aren't lucid. You just have critical thinking while you're unaware that you're dreaming. I do recommend this product, and i believe that it can HELP you lucid dream, mainly because (in my experience) you are more aware that your actions have consequences and you actively make choices you would in real life.

Dreamleaf and......
"So, So", "Nonplus" until I began combining the the blue and red pill with Galantamine. 2 Galantamines with the blue pill and 4 with the red pill. Excessive? I started getting results in my first dreamcycle, with the blue pill/Galantamine cocktail. My mind continued to race with an variety of thoughts. At one point I considered doubling the amount directed but I remembered my last trial of this product. It started well with p!easing results the first few nights but flattened out and eventually had no discernable affect. But when combined with the Galantamine, dreams were in HD and recall lasted much longer. In fact, the first night I tested this combo I experienced a clarity and awareness in the first dream cycle that had only been accessible in the second dream cycle. I was lucid in the first dream cycle but it enough to manipulate the dream. Combining the Galantamine with the red pill made the dreams more stark and recall was easy. In fact I didn't feel the need to instantly journal the Dream so that I wouldn't forget. I journaled the dreams hours and was able to retain thoughts and emotions. Flavor is basically relevant to me. I would drink caster oil to get lucidity in my dreams. Thickness is not uncomfortable and the pills are easy to swallow. I want to try Huperzine A in combo with the blue and red pill to see if the combo enhances the exoerience. In conclusion, Dreamleaf didn't help me with lucid dreaming in the long run. Initially yes, over the duration of the supply of pills, no. I It wasn't until I began using the Galantamine/blue and red pill cocktail that I began to to see the results I wanted.

I gave it an honest try
This product didn't work for me. I don't know why but it didn't. It did help me sleep a little better, which is important because I work the graveyard shift at work and try to catch up on my sleep on my nights off because I do not sleep well during the day. It didn't help my dreams at all. In fact, there were a few nights when I got the impression that something was blocking my dreams from coming through and those that did were gray and fuzzy, like watching an old black and white television set. Neither did it help with dream recall. It didn't hinder it but it didn't help it either. From my experience I can say that it may or may not work for you. It didn't work for me but that doesn't mean it will not work for you. I can't tell you what to do but I can tell you that if you do try it and it works for you as advertised then you will be a step or two ahead of me when it comes to using these herbal supplements to help facilitate lucid dreaming.

Portal to Lucidity?
Generally, it is impossible to give a review of a supplement. Without some kind of physical marker such as blood pressure, how can you really tell whether something is "working" or not. That was not the case with Dream Leaf, which gave impressive results from the first use: a longer period of dreaming and good recall of the dream events. Both results are worthwhile if you are trying to go "Lucid" in your dreams. Most times, only those portions of dreams closest to waking are experienced and have a chance to be remembered, so the longer dream periods and better recall will really extend the dream opportunities for lucidity. For those on the path-- a couple of book recommendations and a really helpful website. J. Allen Hobson, a neurophysiologist researcher at Harvard Medical School has two books that will really expand your knowledge of what is going on in the brain during sleep; both available here on Amazon. "Dreaming: A Very Short Introduction" gives the current state of knowledge on the brain while dreaming. "Consciousness" give a deeper and more graphical view of the two activation systems working in the brain: the aminergic, which dominates waking, and the cholinergic, which operates during sleep. The website is "HowToLucid.com" which has the best selection of eBooks, articles and YouTube videos on Lucid Dreaming anywhere. It will get you going, keep you going and improve your results.
