Very comfortable gloves where all fingers fit as needed. Love the leather on these gloves. Looks premium. I also have the Sedici gloves but these fit better. The Sedici are bulkier but have more safety features at a lower price point. The Alpinestars are premium gloves nonetheless and I intend to keep and use especially in the hot Summer months. In summary, the Alpinestars are premium, lighter, better fitting, great looking motorcycle gloves than anything out there. I don't have scientific data judging safety but from my experience I value comfort and fitness as much as extra padding features.

These are exceptionally well crafted and fit snug and just right in my hands. I purchased the mediums because I like the gloves to be tight on my hands so I can feel more of what I’m doing rather than having loose baggy gloves where the finger tips are too long and you can’t really feel or be as accurate with what your doing. A large would fit but probably just too big and the mediums fit just perfect enough to where they’re not too small but just perfect. They feel great. Priced a bit high I feel but I’d buy them again over the cheaper brands.

Great gloves providing excellent protection but is also very breathable in hot conditions.

I had to return these gloves because they didn’t fit. I went by the size chart and purchased a size small, but the fingers were very tight and the wrist strap barely reached across the underside of my wrist. The gloves seem nice and I was looking forward to riding with them. I may try a medium.

Comfortable, lightweight & tough! I've since bought another pair as I lost one glove somewhere along the way.. I'd pay $60-70 any day. The Velcro strap did show some wear after 3 years of regular use but the glove its-self is very well made.

I can't speak to long-term durability. But my initial impressions are very much positive. This is my first purchase of Alpinestar products. These replaced a pair of Klim Induction gloves which my (late) dog ate. Klim seems to be no longer making the Induction model, except in XS & 3XL. I like the Alpenstars just as much and they're not much more than half the price of Klim. So superior value. My only caveat: Order a size larger. My hand measures large using most sizing guidelines. I ordered XL and, if anything, the Alpinestars are a tad snug. I'm thinking that they may loosen up as I break them in. Again, I am very pleased with my purchase. And I was just kidding about the dog; she is alive and well.

Suggestions on going up one size is true. If you get the size which fits you, it will be very snug. Chart says I fit a large but I got an extra large as a lot of video and other site says. Over all it fits good, quality as expected from alpine star is not bad
