Great product to use for Lymphedema! Really great to do while watching tv.

The unit was not put together very well. The timer was attached upside down. The plastic pedal strap kept falling off and as others have mentioned the knob to increase resistance did nothing. My grandmother wanted this to exercise while seated but could not get her feet in the straps unless someone else placed them in. Even then the plastic strap kept coming undone on one side.She was originally going to order through the FootSmart Catalog where she orders other foot aides but I showed her the Amazon site where she could get the same item for the same price without the $8 shipping. Too bad the product was so poorly made and unsuitable for her. I had to pack it up and return it. Return shipping was not included and cost about $15 to return (more than half the price of the item).Not very happy with Foot Smart.

love it. exactly what i was looking for. it is compact and easy to use. i have to put a non skid mat under it each time i use it but it's so light weight that lifting it is not a problem.

It doesn't even rate 1star because it was unusable. The pedal wasn't attached kept coming apart when I tried to use it. i was going to return it but it's hard for me since I'm disabled now.
