Why is there no expiration date on the packages? I would buy more but I am worried that they are old.

Is there a "roasted on" date?

I don’t see a roasted date. Only a “Enjoy by” BB Sep 2018

No it doesn't come in Kcups. They sell whole bean or ground only.

what makes this coffee kosher?

I’m not an expert on this. I think normal coffee is Kosher (just roasted beans and water). I think sometimes the process used to make coffee decaf can cause a coffee to not be kosher. I’m guessing they are saying this “Swiss water process” they use means it is still kosher like regular coffee.
