Is this product suitable for plastic headlights ?

Yes it is. I used it on my 15 year old very scratched/yellowed headlights. It took a couple of hours from start to finish including the drying time and they look amazing. I used a turtle wax version before this and that product didn’t make any difference. I would highly recommend and just take your time. The longer you take the better the outcome

Does it come with the drill like machine?

Yes you need a drill, I used a battery drill. You need to use almost no pressure when doing it. I got a really good finish when I did my old car and they were still fine 7 months later when car was sold

What is the orange sponge disc ? There was not one included but it tells you to use the orange sponge dish

The sponge is now the white sponge which you use to apply the uv stabiliser at the end of the process.

Does everyone else’s uv protector go sticky when applied ! Mine did .

Yes mine did also. I ended up using the fine sand paper to take it back off again as it ruined the look
