Assembly
Video is the bigger models. No Locks on the three step model I ordered. Assembly easy until I got to fastening the back bar. I cannot get the supplied bolts to slip through so I can tighten all the fasteners. Tension keeps misaligning them in the channel; not going through the holes. Putting on the caster/springs was very easy. To do the assembly, I used two 13mm wrenches, 1 10" policers, and 'comealong' type clamp. I also removed the caps from two of the tubes to get easy access to the nuts.
