These give very good light. Better than other led light bulbs i have gotten in the past.

Want brighter bulbs without paying for the extra settings/modes that you'll never use? These are perfect. Notice the corners of a room are slightly dimmer? Upgrade from 60W equivalent to 100W and you'll notice a significant increase in brightness.

I normally hate - HATE - LED lighting and stockpiled incandescent bulbs for as long as I could. When I ran out and had to start using LEDs, I realized that it's the weird orange glow that bugs me - I hated the unnatural way it looks in my home and it drove me crazy. I also hated that I I could only find 60W equivalents. That is just not bright enough. These are very literally the FIRST LED bulbs I've tried that I am genuinely happy with! At 100W equivalent, they are nice and bright, but not too bright. I use them in my living room, office and kitchen. The color temperature at 3000K is finally pretty perfect. It is thankfully less orange on the temp. spectrum. And the "soft white" makes it not appear too harsh or artificial. Over all, I'm very happy to have found these bulbs! Recommend.

I found I am sensitive to LED light and it seemed unnatural and I preferred incandescent.I ordered these 5000k which is said to be like the tone of daylight. I have crystal shades in my kitchen ceiling fan and wanted more light in the kitchen so put these bulbs in. The room was was so bright and a very different white tone of light but I did not like it. I put back the old more toned down LED bulbs that had been in there before.I did put one of these 5000k bulbs in my front porch hanging lantern light and one in my bathroom light fixture over the mirror.I gave it 4 stars because to me they are only good for certain areas.They look well made and came on immediately with a bright light when screwed into the fixture.

Cheap but bright

I bought these lights for my kitchen to brighten the place up somewhat. The 4000 kelvin gives you a better feel in the kitchen than a 2700 warm white, but without any blueish tint... still remaining a bit yellowish. I like the look and appreciate their color accuracy which does tend to vary somewhat by manufacturer. Their brightness also appears to match the specifications, being significantly brighter than 60Watt equivalent and a 75 equivalent cree bulb. I bought a new fixture which has 4 bulbs and a diffuser and it works fantastic. Be aware however that most kitchen fixtures may not work so great with this bulb simply because so many of them are fully enclosed. That means, there is not enough heat dissipation possible which will fry the electronics. If the fixture is relatively large you might get away with it since there will be more surface area for heat to dissipate, but expect lessened lifespan. (which is fine as long as the life is reduced to months and not days...) The fixture I bought is semi-flush mount which is what you want. It doesn't hang down but 3 inches and leaves a 1 inch gap on the top for airflow. Another mistake would be to install these in bare-bulb fixtures like those awful "industrial pipe" looking lights you can find now days. Those are designed for multiple lower wattage bulbs to avoid excessive glare. So ensure your fixture has some kind of diffusion panel and is not straight glass or otherwise clear. So far all 4 lights that I have been using have performed great. Consistent color for all of them, no flicker or outages, though Ive only been using them for a month or so as of this review so I cannot attest to their longevity. Still, I highly recommend these based on what Ive seen so far.

Perfect. Installed these on table lamps on each side of the den couch and they really brightened up the room with a nice neutral light. They aren't yellow-looking like some "Warm" bulbs and aren't too cold looking like some "Cool" bulbs. Perfect for reading too. We'll be buying more of these for the rest of our table lamps.

Awesome bulbs! Best LED bulb I've used so far. Read the reviews on various sites on these bulbs and figured I'd try them out. Very happy with the results. Really brightened up the garage area from the regular LED's that were in there. Great seller as well. Shipped quickly and packed well. Would recommend highly.
