It's a lovely soft blanket. Our first grandson received it as a newborn and it's essential for his naps and general happiness. He's 3 and there is a small hole but that's because it has taken a lot of abuse.

I purchased it because it was cute. But once I got it and used it...its my go too for my newborn. It's super soft and stretchy for a nice swaddle...Light and airy but warm and its not scratchy or rough. I loveeee it. Makes me want an adult size one for me.
