Typical Sparkfun quality: excellent.
Works great. Documentation is excellent. Plenty of tutorials available to help with wiring and programming. Standard libraries available for Arduino. What more could you ask for?

This is the best HX711 board.
Get this one. It's worth the extra money over the cheap Chinese HX711 boards. I believe it has some extra noise filtering and it makes a real difference.

Works as advertised. Though, just like with other reviewers, you aren't getting exactly what is pictured. It wouldn't hurt anything to take a picture of the actual item and post it, no need to try and trick anyone.

Not what was advertised
As one other had mentioned, the board that was delivered was not the HX711 Load Cell Amplifier. It was a Keyes 234 140C0A.
