Screens are pretty standard in the States, to keep spiders & flies out of the house in warm months when the windows are open. I have had such a hard time finding good quality screens here - adjustable ones like these are perfect when renting a flat, where windows are different sizes and you want to be able to take them with you when you move. These are sturdy and well made, and have felted trim to create good contact with both the window above and frame below the screen - just open the window, insert the screen in the opening & expand it to fill the space, close the window to touch snugly on top. Terrific! No more houseflies and no more scary spiders!

I have an irrational hatred for flies, and these are perfect. The fact that you can adjust them to be horizontal or vertical is perfect. The instructions and tools needed to turn them vertical come with the parcel. Once you figure out how to put the puzzle back together, they easily get the job done. And they keep those flies out, and everything else!

Got these as they should have fit my windows, sadly they didn't. It's a shame because they looked really good quality. Returned for refund.

This product has made a world of difference to us living beside a field used for grazing cattle. The product is ideal for sliding sash windows and really cuts down the number of flies which are able to get into the house. It does not prevent flies getting in completely as there is still a small gap between the inner and outer sliding sash when the window is open which is inevitable and no fault of the fly screen. It's just the way sliding sash windows are. I've spent several hundred pounds on these screens and consider them to be a good investment.

Did exactly what we expected it to do! Fit in our sash windows and was a lifesaver on hot nights. Well packaged with instructions and an Allen key to change the orientation if needed. Seems sturdy. Very good value for money. Aiming to get another two.

These insects screen are fantastic, I highly recommend. They are sturdy and really effective, easy to install. Been waiting for them to come back in stock to order more.

Perfect for sash windows. Keeps almost all insects out, certainly flies, wasps, bees, moths etc. I did think they would last at the most a week with my son and daughter, but 6 months in and they are still going strong. They are very easy to fit, just open the window, slide in the screen, adjust to the windows width and gently close the sash against the frame. Takes about 10 seconds
