I love this tanner!! I am very fair with red hair (that gives an indication of how fair) I have used other tanners before and my skin is so sensitive that I have broken out in rashes. This tanner is the best. It gives a light color and just keep applying if you want more. What I love the most is that it feels like you only put lotion on!! I hate that gross feeling that you get when you do the mystic or really any other tanner that has the color guard. This really is the best tanner I have used its natural looking and it doesn't smell, i only smelled a faint smell the next morning and that was it but nothing at all really. for my hands i rub it on like a lotion and than have a wet towel and wipe off my palms, in between my fingers and dot my knuckles also. After that i wait a minute or 2 and than rub regular hand lotion into my hands and it looks so natural!!! For my feet I take a small makeup brush and brush it onto my feet and it really comes out looking so natural, instead of your toes being white while your feet are tanned. I really love this product I am ordering it now. I love most that it doesn't even feel like you have it on at all. I live in NY and it gets so gross and humid and I don't have an AC to sleep in so all the other tanners i wouldn't use because its the most uncomfortable feeling, but this one i put it on and less than 5 min later i just feel like I have put body lotion on. And it doesn't come off on your clothing also. Any pale/fair person that is wondering if they should buy this product I would tell you to definitely get it! I have used so many products that either I break out in a rash, it looks so fake and unnatural, or the color guard just feels sticky and gross. I am buying another bottle now as well as a bottle of the regular one to see how that looks on me, I want a little more of a color for the hotter weather.

I bought the one for fair skin..as I HAVE fair skin and didn't want to look TOO brown too fast...well..I honestly can't see a difference when I use this? It comes with a formula on how many pumps to use for different areas on your body..I followed it the first time..nothing...I tried a little more the next time...again, if there was something there..I couldn't tell..so I tried a lot more product and saw..a little color on my arms..but gosh, after 3 tries I still can't see much of a difference..here I thought this bottle would last me awhile but with the way it's going...i may have to use it all at once..I guess I should have tried the medium..

This is a great hydrating doesn't discolor, good to maintain your fake tan. Great product but does tend to have a bit of that "odor" I don't like. Takes time to get the color you want. A bit "orange" like for us fair skin people.

As most people, I was skeptical that ANY self tanner would be possible to apply without leaving the orange streaks. This product blew my expectations out the window. IF you apply it like it is instructed, which is rubbing it in until you don't see any streaks, you wont have streaks! I am very pale, especially pale due to not going into the sunlight for several months, and this product gives me a beautiful tan. It's not a dark tan, its enough to make me look like I'm not a pale person and that I have a nice sunkissed skin. It does have an odor like most tanners do, but it is MUCH lighter and does not linger after a shower. The tan does not come off in a shower either. Mine lasts at least 4 days before I notice that I need to re-apply and after keeping it on for the past several months, my skin still does not look at white as it should when I re-apply. This is a great product and I will be a life long customer!! LOVE that it has a more natural mild list of ingredients so I don't feel like I'm bathing in poison!

I am a guy and don't want people to know I use fake tanner. I have never been able to tan without burning. I decided to look into fake tanners when I got tired of being the only really pale guy in California. Famous Daves has been an amazing product for me. It gives you a minor natural looking tan. Its not a significant change which I like. If you want a darker color, just reapply more 6 hours later. I didnt want a dark one where one day Im white and the next day I'm very tan. It works perfect for me. It doesn't smell or look orange. I am 100% satisfied and am on my 6th or 7th bottle. Also, Dave's has amazing customer service. Not only is the product amazing but so is the staff. I ordered the wrong bottle where I was instructed to send it back and theyd send me the other. It was easy. I have had nothing but a positive experience. I will buy again.

Works well. It won't tan your face a lot......just a bit. So if you are looking for a drastic change, this is not your product. I am medium fair. That is to say, fair skinned but not super light. It works great and moisturizes your face. Most sunless tanners are actually drying.

Nice product that does what it says (repeating that would be redundant, so I won't). But I do like the Famous Dave's Gradual 10 even better than this one. It's not as thick and smooths onto skin more easily. Plus, it seems even lighter, though for me it is noticeable color. So far, it's not on Amazon, but I hope it will be soon, as I will be purchasing the Gradual 10 product again. I e-mailed "Famous Dave's" regarding both the above products, and got immediate replies from Dave himself, so I'd have to give these products a 5-star customer service rating.
