How many bike carriers will fit on these roof bars?

Depends on the type of bike carrier you go for, front wheel removed or not. Consult the Thule website for more info.

Is this compatible with the Thule 753 Fixpoint base? Thanks

Yep - thats what I have with mine - I bought the bars, fixpoint and fitting kit all separately (from Amazon) as it worked out cheaper. Really easy to put together.

hi would these fit a 2017 focus ST estate please

Check the Thule website https://www.thule.com/en-gb/gb/roof-rack/roof-racks

What is the difference between this model and the black 969 bars at a £20 premium

You are simply paying more for the load bars to be painted black. Jason Hammersley
