My sister in law recommended this because my brother needed it for his knee.So when I left seattle and I came home to california, prior to leaving, I have a torn meniscus, and let me tell you what this really helps with swelling and pain and easy to put on and leave on while i'm resting or sleeping. I really enjoy the product and how I can switch out the ice packs. If one gets warm, I just put a different one in, and it does the same thing.Great product for knees legs etc.

When I first got these, I was thrilled. However, after purchasing other ice wraps for ankles and back from other manufacturers, I am less thrilled. Couple issues: first, as I use all of the packs while I write this, these knee pack wraps are a distant last in terms of coldness. Both my ankle wraps and back wrap are currently much colder. Second, the velcro is inferior and pops off if you move or flex in the slightest. The other brands solve this issue by making their velcro stronger and the velcro ties much longer. E.g. for the ankles, which are prone to flexing, obviously, the straps wrap around the leg twice and this keeps them securely in place. These knee wraps do NOT do this. If they did, the problem would be solved. So overall, these work just okay. I can ice my knees but I wish they were colder and held better.

this is by far the Best Knee Ice Wrap (cold/hot) i have ever used, it wraps around your knee and holds the cold/hot wrap securely.This is the third one i have bought, only because i have given mine away to someone who needed a great cold pack for their knee ( and they love it ), you can tell instantly how good it is the moment you put it on

I have knee replacement surgery coming up so I NEED ice packs for my knee that will stay cold a long time and that will wrap around a swollen knee. I decided to order two different products to make sure that at least one of them would be adequate for post-surgery recovery. The Coldest Knee Pack is 99% Marketing Hype. Take a look at what you get on the LEFT. A small velco wrap around that might work for a tiny person with a tiny bit of swelling. It certainly won't work on a larger knee. The ice pack is TINY. I don't care if its "the coldest". A teeny tiny ice pack is not going to bring relief. Now take a look at the product on the right. I got TWO huge knee ice packs for about the same price as the one teeny tiny Coldest Ice pack. Also the product on the right came with instructions and a bag to put the ice packs in before putting it in the freezer (which is good for those who need to make sure the ice pack is CLEAN before you put it on your swollen knee. I am not here to push the producct on the right... I just want you all to see what you're getting with the Coldest Ice Pack.... a tiny little thing that is extremely hyped and overpriced.

The compression bandage is really easy to use and stays in place well. The swelling and pain is reduced and my knees definitely feel much better the next day. I do 15 minutes on each knee and it stays cold enough for both.

This product has immensely helped with my recovery at home. It settled my swollen knee while I slept and didn’t wake me up at all
