Don't know how well this works as a substitute for a glass of milk, but it's just fine for putting in coffee. It dissolves instantly and completely, and there's no unpleasant cardboardy aftertaste as with the other types of dry milk I've tried. In fact, there's no taste at all that I can discern, which is why I'm giving it only four stars. It takes the bitter edge off of black coffee, which is what I need it for, but doesn't add the creamy taste of real milk.

Is good dry powder milk to have I recommend it for everyone especially if you like power milk this is a good product, good nutrition and I like the quality no matter how long you store it the shelf is good.

I like the convenience of shelf stability. This is not your mother's old-school powdered milk! It is full fat, full flavor milk powder and is superb for cooking applications. I use it often to add richness to powdered mashed potatoes. It mixes and chills convincingly, and is a creamy, delicious additive to tea or coffee.

I like the convenience of being able to mix up a small amount when needed for cooking or on cereal. It's kind of pricey, but I have a lot of milk go bad when using fresh milk. BUT lately I've noticed it doesn't dissolve as well in cold water, so have been mixing it with hot tap water and refrigeration it if I'm using it for cereal.

Usually I buy 1800g for $25.00 at a local International foods corner store (made in Saudi Arabia) but was delighted to find this during a time I couldn't get there. I use it in my coffee, and add a little to non-fat milk for custard etc...I can't imagine why anyone would use those awful sugar-laden whiteners with their phony flavors with this as an option! (and I've shared it with some of these folks) This brand like Morny, dissolves easily, tastes great as milk (chilled) but beware any brand by Nescafe..it turns to mud and requires a hand blender at least...
