Description
Packard Delay on Break Timer part number PTD203. Operation Description: Upon application of power, the load is energizes. When the thermostat opens or there is a loss of power, the load is deenergized and the delay period begins. The compressor will not start again during the delay period. Performs as expected
The item seems to have performed as expected. The hookup was done with standard wire terminals. I used it as a short cycle protector for a residential A/C condensing unit. As I didn't know the pressure characteristics of the unit, I set the delay at 7 minutes. The delay time was reasonably accurate. If it is durable, it should be a good value.

Does not Work!!
I am competent electrician; however, I could not get it to work. I guess it was a dud from the get go.
