I don't know what my expectations were but this product is not as lemony as I thought it would be. I'm using it to flavor water kefir and have to use at least a teaspoon per 16 oz bottle. However, the price is great for 8 oz so having to use more than I thought I should still works out as cost effective. I'd definitely buy again.
