What is the weight limit ?

I use these to hang up to 40lb worth of coiled pipe, hose, and electrical cord. The way I have these set up is in an upside down orientation (hanging vertical) with a general purpose carabiner as a fastener. I've used these a horizontal orientation and they don't hold up much more thN 10-15lb for any lengthy duration.

what is the length of the shaft from tip to eye shoulder? normally it is measured from shoulder to end but sadly some retailers measure end to end

the ones i got measured end to end almost to short for what i needed
