Excellent general use tire
This is my first time not running a "street slick" like a SuperCorsa SP or similar (on superbikes) and I have been VERY impressed with these tires on a V2 Ducati Monster 900S. Good dry grip and excellent wet traction. They may not be sufficient for high HP bikes or very fast street riding but they work perfectly for aggressive cornering on a low HP bike like the Monster in the wet or dry.

Excellent tire.
Very high quality tires for my 1018 BMW R1100RT. I got 13,000 miles of my last set of these for my Beemer.

Their a Bargain
These tires grip, they heat up quick also.. Ive road raced in the past and the edges of the tire are soft and you can drag knees on the street!! The center of the tire takes awhile before they start to flatten out, you'll get great mileage out of them..

Practical traction characteristics
If you haven't seen FortNine's YouTube video "3 Motorcycle Tires to Transform Handling - Best of 2022", you should go watch it. The things he says about the Road 6 are true of this tire as well. It has far better traction at lower temperatures than most tires, with the trade off being that it never achieves as good traction as a more temperature dependent rubber. I absolutely never find the traction to be insufficient. I feel like my grip is better than I need it to be in my first turn out of my neighborhood, as well as for the whole rest of my commute. It's also fantastic in the rain! The Dunlop I used to have would be slippery in that first turn out of my neighborhood, and it would still be slippery when I take the on-ramp to the 101, 3 mi away from my apartment. With the Road 5, I never feel the need to concern myself with how warm my tire is, and I can bump-start my bike. With the previous Dunlop installed, I would just skid the rear tire when I tried to bump-start the bike.

These tires are THE BEST for the $$
I have been riding for over 40 years and have tried lots of different tires. Several years ago, someone recommended I try the Michelin 4s and I’ve never bought another brand since. In fact, I bought a new bike in 2019 and I took the factory Dunlops off immediately and replaced with Road 5s. Just got my first set of 6s but haven’t put them on yet since I literally ride these until they are slicks. They have never let me down in the turns.

So far I love it. I've put about 300 miles on my 2014 Valkyrie on this tire. Pretty smooth riding on it.

The tire arrived late and I had to pay more money for duty fees on top of the already shipping and handling and the price for the tire. Ended up to be in the hundreds of dollars. The good about this tire is that it appears to have a lot of life to it...a lot of rubber material. Never again.

Nothing to dislike. My new bike came with track tires( cuz im cool like that ) and didn’t last very long on the street. Every OG biker I’ve spoken to recommended these tires and they actually feel very nice in the corners
