I love pineapple so naturally I chose this flavor . I was a bit hesitant as sometimes flavoring tastes cheap or artificial. This pineapple flavor is real legit and by far one of my favorites. A bit pricey, but the quality matches. Still went with a cheaper product that I have to choke down. But sometimes, I like to think back to the time when this was in my cupboard, greeting me with its low profile aesthetics and filling me with the amino acids that plants crave.

So, this is a good product as far as the completeness of the amino acids it contains. Especially with the addition of glutamine. It blends really well. It’s tasty with a few ice cubes in a a shaker bottle. It makes a difference in my soreness and fatigue. I’m no pro but I do lift for an hour 5-6 days a week. My issue with this is the sucralose as a sweetener. It’s a known carcinogen. Also yellow #5. Why. Why do I need fake yellow color. Please sweeten with stevia and stop dying it yellow.

I’ve tried so many BCAA’s and they all taste WAY to sweet and have that bitter sugar alcohol after taste. This one tastes great! Like a pineapple jolly rancher. I have a bag of food-grade citric acid (the sour stuff they put on sour patch kids), and I add just a pinch to add some tartness because it is sweet, but not overly sweet. I drink this during my workouts.

It tastes pretty good despite being pretty sweet. I use extra water to calm it down a little bit. It’s good to drink water though so, all the better.

First bottle I bought tasted great alone or mixed with a protein. Second one does not taste very good. Shook the bottle to mix it up because of settling and everything. That said, I will try a third bottle.

I recently started getting into supplements for the purpose of weight loss and toning muscle and was recommended this product by a body builder. I will neeeever work out without taking this afterwards ever again! The instructions say to take before and after workouts but I found if I do it both times it makes my stomach hurt later in the evening- but just post workout wow what a difference! The biggest change I see is for muscle recovery- I am not even half as sore as when I didn’t use it. Man what a difference! BCAAs just became an essential part of my workout routine!
