I recommend these supplements for women who are having some hair loss and are unable to use collagen powder. I am one of those people who can't digest the powder, so I did a lot of research and found this supplement that helps your body make its own collagen. My hairs and nails got better, but I am not sure if it is because it the Biosil, I take also marine collagen, and methionine. I do a lot of sports: free weights and gymnastics, so it’s probably goes to joints support 🤔
