The dimensions are the external dimensions. The internal dimensions are 6x6x10 inches (15x15x25 cm). I will update the listing to clarify.

I don’t suppose a 220 v version is available? I’m in Thailand

In the title it says 110V but in the description is says 220V, which is it?

The incubator sold in the US is 110V, to plug in a standard US 110V AC outlet. Amazon automatically populated the voltage as 220V on the product page for some reason, and we don't have a way to correct this.

Can this run continuously for 2 years at something close to room temperature? 25-27C.

We bought two, and both broke within six months of (nearly) continuous operation). It was good while it lasted, though.
