I use this product to stabilise gym equipment on my airtrak. The length I chose allows me to attach equipment in a variety of ways including wrapping around and under the track or over and then through the airtrak side handles. It works really well and is much cheaper than buying purpose made joiners (although their are not many purpose made options available anyway). As the equipment I attach has the 'fluffy' side of velcro already, I don't need that strip but nobody seems to offer a choice to order one side of the velcro only. So I have only used the 'hook' strip so far.

I used this to extend my weighted vest that I use for exercise as I am a tall person. I've used it well over a dozen times and the velcro is still strong, and I've only used a small fraction (less than 0.5m) of this so it's definitely going to last longer than my vest will!! Really prompt delivery too so no complaints what so ever!

I have a walk in wonderwall tunnel on my allotment which has a "door" made of netting, the "door" used to be weighed down by wood and bricks to stop it blowing open, but if we had a very windy day it would billow and the stuff weighing it down would move and then all the butterflies would get in and lay eggs so next thing everything was being eaten by caterpillars. This year I sewed the hoop loop fastener to both sides of the "door" and I've been very pleased how effective it has been at keeping the door closed.
