Sleeping like a baby
Started taking these after having huge issues sleeping for so long and feeling like the world was on top of me. I’m always a bit dubious about vitamins and their efficacy but after less than a week I’m sleeping like a baby and getting really tired about 11pm. been taking these for three weeks now and I feel my stress levels have changed but not sure if that’s life changing on the tables changing the way I feel about it!

Great value, speedy delivery
Wow! Speedy delivery, packaged well. So far I've been taking it for 2 days and it's early to say about the effects. The capsules however are easy to swallow, no offputting smell or taste present. I do feel a bit more relaxed but the time will show. So far very happy with the product.
