Gorgeous and elegant
I thought it was a little pricey for such a small amount but it's truly such a pretty Navy Blue and it's made immaculate. Everything I've made out of it so far, people are in awe, amazed, and always talk about how pretty and nice the yarn is itself. highly recommend !

They splice their skeins
This yarn is soft, knits up well and the color is exactly as pictured. Unfortunately, they splice their yarn and that is not to my liking. I usually use Lion brand yarns; I have purchased many skeins of their yarns and not run into that problem. So, I would buy this yarn only if I couldn't find the color I needed elsewhere.

Inconsistent quality
I tried three colors of Canadiana for some Amigurumi projects. While I like the colors, I do not like working with the yarn. The strands (usually 3 to 5, depending on the specifics) are supposed to be twisted together to make a single strand. I have come to find, a few feet at a time, that the strands are all parallel to each other, without a twist. This affects the appearance of the project, but, moreover, affects the ability to work the yarn as the hook has to find all of the strands or else unwanted loops will appear. I find this yarn frustrating and not worth the irritation.

Used this to crochet a blanket for new grandson. It was soft and very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

I like the softness and color. It is great quality too. I do a lot of crocheting and knitting and love Patons yarn.

The yarn is soft and a great quality, however I bought this green to make a Yoda costume and it is a very washed out green and nothing like the picture. For that i am VERY disappointed and lowered it to 4 stars there is NO way that screen discrepancies was the one at fault here! I will just find something else to use it for!

I dislike the colour it’s completely out of order the colour showed it’s not that it’s like very light green grape colour disappointed .
