Helps with taking off from a stop
This was easy for a young man to install- I laid on my back on the floorboard. No tools needed. We have a diesel 2017 Canyon that has really bad dead pedal. Come off from a stop and it doesn’t go anywhere. The Pedal Commander fixed that issue. Everything else on the truck is stock. Now we can confidently pull out onto a road without fear of being rear-ended

Goodbye Dead Pedal!
I installed this on my '17 GMC Canyon 2.8L Turbo and there's no more dead pedal! I leave it on the city setting and it gives plenty of acceleration. The app and bluetooth connection allows to make changes without having to mount the devices on the dash which makes it even easier. I went this route versus a tune given this cheaper, easy to install and as easy to remove it. Highly recommend it!

Really helps with the drivability
Installed in a 2016 GMC Canyon, v-6. Gas pedal seemed to have a dead spot. Had to depress the pedal to get it to react. The pedal commander to the lag time out. Now pressing the gas pedal give instant results. If you want better drivability in you truck or car, it really works good. Drives like the old cars with direct linkage. Well worth the money.

Can confirm it works flawlessly with a 2021 Diesel Canyon and Bluetooth pairs with an iPhone 12 with no issues. This is the second truck I’ve run a Pedal Commander on, 10/10 absolutely recommend

It works but it's pretty aggressive
Horrible for gas mileage it's like your flooring it off the line every time you barely touch the gas pedal. Had to back it down so far it might as well just take it off so I returned it.

Causes check engine light p2128 on 2.8 Colorado
It worked great for awhile but then like 3 months in I'm getting a check engine light p2128 I removed the commander and haven't had a problem in a week. Stay away not worth it for 3 months of use.

Peppy little upgrade
Easy to install and a instant difference, finally I don’t have to worry about the hesitation/lag when I pull out into traffic 👍🏽👍🏽 And the “economy mode” does save you gas

The throttle response is much faster than stock. I found that the city driving mode is fast enough for all driving situations. I am impressed with the Pedal Commander
