Blue Raspberry

Protein drinks can be hit or miss… and let’s be honest, a lot of them taste like it. But this one actually surprised me—especially the blue raspberry and cotton candy flavors. Those are definitely my favorites and make it way easier to grab one without thinking twice. I like that it’s more of a light, refreshing drink instead of something thick and heavy. Pros: • Blue raspberry and cotton candy flavors are really good • Light and refreshing…not like a typical heavy protein shake • 15g protein is great for a quick boost • Added electrolytes make it feel more like a hydration drink • Easy grab-and-go option Cons: • Slight chalky aftertaste…especially if you’re sensitive to texture • Some flavors are better than others Overall: If you struggle with traditional protein shakes, this is a great alternative. It’s not perfect…but for a protein drink, it’s surprisingly enjoyable—and way easier to drink regularly.

Who knew that great tasting water could add high quality protein to your diet? People like me on a high protein diet due to protein-calorie malnutrition can easily hit their protein goals with 1-2 of these great tasting drinks a day, and as a huge added bonus, these deliver a good amount of electrolytes to prevent the chronic dehydration I get as well from having a permanent high output ileostomy bag! They not only taste great, but they're convenient when cooking chicken breast isn't doable of course and the bottles are made to be extra thick so they don't leak when pack them and carry them with me! They're super sturdy and help add much needed, healthy calories to my diet. They have no weird or lingering aftertaste at all! I just wish they were cheaper!

What can I say? Sometimes you can make your drink with powder (cheapest way to go), but sometimes you want to grab something for the road. This has the best taste of them all, with a little jolt of caffeine- not too much, not like an energy drink, just a bit. I'm on auto-renew with this stuff.

IMO the Blue Raspberry one is the only one I doesn't have an aftertaste. But I think they have changed it. It's very thick. Too thick. I would have definitely gave it a 5 star a couple of months ago. But the thickness and taste is weird, it gives me willies. Like there's something wrong with it. PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK TO THE ORIGINAL FORMULA.

Brand loyal. My favorites are this and grape. Amazon is a better shipper than Walmart. Walmart kept boxing two flats together which not only made box VERY heavy, delivery driver consistently kept breaking the flats and bottles were breaking because box was just too heavy. Amazon ships flats as singles. Much smarter!

This product was referred to me and I will say to that person thank you. It’s tasty not a big aftertaste a slight aftertaste. But as well worth its price and does the job very well. I am trying other flavors, but this will remain in my top three the other is the dragon fruit and I am looking into the Waller melon Bland peach is also available. It’s one of the higher priced as this one is.

purchased one case of Protein20 in August 2025, with an expiration date of November 8, 2026. Unfortunately, as of March 9, 2026, the liquid in the bottles has noticeably thickened and the consistency is no longer what it should be. The case has been stored properly inside my home in the kitchen at normal room temperature, so it has not been exposed to heat or improper storage conditions. Given that the product is still well within the expiration date, this change in texture is concerning and suggests a possible quality issue. I wanted to share this in case other customers experience the same problem. I would recommend checking the consistency of the product before drinking.

Highly recommend. They have a good taste, electrolytes, l-theanine and protein. Great product.
