Sunbeam Micro Plush Heated Throw, Mushroom

I have used this a few months now. I was hesitant after reading the reviews... I don't know if I got lucky, but I read the directions and I think with most of these you CANT fold them for storage OR while your using. The wires are tiny and I could see how folding and storing in hot attic could weaken them. I bought a much more expensive one from khols because they take things back anytime for any reason and the same warning do not fold. It's also been fine.. So if you use it on the couch you can just lay it over the back of the couch when not in use so it's flat not sure where I will store in the summer.. it heats up fast I only use on low or med and it has an auto shut off I think like 2 hours. For the price it's a great blanket!

This blanket does a great job of keeping you warm. It heats up quickly. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is that it is relatively small, there will be no cuddling under this blanket. Also, while it is extremely soft, you can feel the heating parts through the blanket and thats not always desirable.

Heats up nicely but leaves fuzzies on your clothes. Maybe once it's washed that will help. I got this for my dogs for Christmas and the one sits on it every night. So far so good, lots of heat. Has anyone washed theirs yet?

I received this today and already my mom loves it! She is 95 years old and always cold. Even when it's 80 degrees out. I live with mom and at 62 am always hot! So it looks like this throw is a great answer to our problem of when to turn on the heat or air conditioning!

Ohhhhhhh yes! Comfy, Easy to use temp selection. As with all electric thows, the cord leading to the temp control is too short. I can't figure out why all manufacturers make the cord so short. Ohterwise it's very nice for the price.

My 80 year old mom lives in Maine. I sent this to her two years ago. She absolutely loves it. The warmth soothes her aches and pains. She's told me a dozen times what a wonderful thing it is. It's soft and not too big or small. It's perfect.

Nice product - now if only the design would allow the controls to be such that they don't drag down on the floor with the cord.

Warms up quickly but red light on control kept blinking and then shuts off. Unplugged the unit and then reset the control unit to "medium". So far, this seems to have solved the blinking red light problem.
