Will it work with a gtx 1070? i read somewhere the freesync works with gtx 10 series

Yep it works great with my GTX 1070 at 144Hz with FreeSync. You have to enable it in the nvidea control panel though because it's not officially supported.

No sorry no built in speakers on these units , otherwise great spec units thanks Steve Compsoluk
