Great for converting US gas fitting to UK regulator.
Used this regulator and connector to connect up a table top firepit we bought from the USA. Works really well.

The regulator wont fit onto a normal Calor Gas bottle.
I didnt realise the patio gas was propane and also has a different regulator size the clue is in the red regulator,, I use normal calorie gas which has a blue regulator. So essentially my fault but what I really wanted was the pipe and connection to an Outback BBQ which worked fine. So all is good.

The right hose and regulator for a USA grill with a 5/8" coupling
After moving my 14-year-old Weber Genesis (which still works wonderfully) from the USA to Germany and now the UK, I was stumped on how to get it up and running. The Weber hose and regulator for sale in the Uk has a narrower coupling on the end of the hose and would not screw into the grill itself (see the dual-threaded piece that screws into the manifold). I called Weber and as most know, they won't help and want you to buy a new grill in a new country. I dug through old expat forums and finally found a recommendation for this product and it works perfectly. It even has the correct regulator (37 Mbar). This is a winner!
