Works well. We live on a boat. They turn off the water during the winter months we so have to haul water down to the boat each week from the marina office area. It's very sturdy. Both handles work well. 8 gallons is heavy. I can't lift the jug up on the deck to pour the water into the water tank opening but I had a battery operated pump with a hose. I park the hydroller on the dock, drop the pump in, put the hose into the water tank opening and it only takes a few minutes to pump it out. The opening leaks a little when you roll it at the tipped angle. You can screw the lid on really tight so it doesn't leak but it makes it really tough to open, so we end up dribbling a little bit of water on the trip to the boat. We are pleased overall with it.

Be prepared for how heavy it gets. I expect it can easily be damaged once it is filled and will sway and fall if one does not be very careful in transporting it around. Definitely needs additional case protection if you plan to have this be very mobile and move around a lot filled to capacity. Was thinking old fashion duct tape wrap with some foam padding, though it will add to the bulk but it will protect should a hard fall occur while it is filled. Instead of rolling it using the built in handle and wheels, may want to take the extra effort to build a wide stable wheel attachment because it is so narrow it will tip over on any uneven surface. The plastic spigot has already developed a crack from the inside threads, well it is made of plastic after all. I keep mines filled and in a corner a short distance away standing upright. I save this particular unit for emergency shower water since the top is no longer water tight after developing cracks on the spigot thread inside and will leak if it is on it's side.

Wheels come off or bend (not properly engineered for the weight of the full container). Also, wheel axis is a rod that is held in place by the tight shape of the plastic at the bottom. If you look inside the container against some light you will be able to see that such most crucial portion of the container is not only not reinforced but, probably because of its difficult shape, in some places is thinner. Those are the places that will consistently rupture upon use. 2 out 2 for me. The faucet on top is useless.
