I would not mix the two . I would buy the IDEMITSU type N for your car and make sure you change the small round cartridge internal filter. Doing this maintenance will fight off the bad JuJu on these CVTs. You can find all these products on AMAZON . Hope this helps.

Is it ok to mix this with oe transmission oil? nissan ns 3 oil

This is supposed to be the manufacture of OEM NISSAN CVT oil. This oil is cheaper because it does not say NISSAN on it. Change your CVT oil & filter every 30,000 miles and you should be good. Do not under / over fill.
