This particular form of Vitamin C is a solid pill. The previous Swanson Vitamin C I had purchased was a capsule. I prefer the solid pill. No particular taste. No odor. It hasn't caused any stomach issues. I take all of my morning pills with food. I've taken Vitamin C for years and this particular pill is just fine for me.
