This biotin is the perfect strength. it’s a small pill making it easy to swallow. Since I started this 3 months ago, I definitely see a difference in hair loss so it’s effective. Yes I’ve bought the best supplements out there only allowed to be sold by physicians and still get this . It works just like the top names. It’s also tasteless before swallowing.

The B vitamins are water soluble vitamins that are essential for everything o regulating hair and skin health, to assisting with maintaining internal balance and even weight levels. Because we loose b-vitamins through daily activity (sweating passing water, etc.), it is important to replace these essential nutrients through healthy diet and supplements--In general 100MG daily of EACH of the B vitamins is essential, plus another 5MG Biotin (B7) daily-- for persons with acne, eczema, psoriasis, brittle nails or/and hair disorders or other sensitive skin and hair issues. Biotin was recommended to me by my podiatrist who pronounced my toenails among the worse he'd ever seen. They were dry, porous, brittle, and very yellow. It took probably 6 months until my nails grew fully out from bad to good, but my toes now look "normal" and I can wear open toed shoes again. Added benefits include longer, stronger fingernails and thicker, fuller hair. My hair stylist noticed the difference and asked me whether I'd changed styling products. I hadn't, so it must have been the Biotin. I've also read in recent studies, Biotin has been shown to help diabetics control their blood sugar and ease the symptoms of diabetic neuropathy, so my husband has begun taking it too. If he sees improvement I'll be writing another review. Follow Up -- my husband did indeed see a small improvement in his blood sugar and neuropathy. However, he quit taking the Biotin because he claimed he couldn't keep up with trimming his nails more frequently and was grossed out by the excess hair growing out of his ears and nose.

I read dozens and dozens of reviews on biotin before actually purchasing this product. The reason for my purchase is because I wanted to grow out my hair - and based on my research, biotin seemed to do the trick. I take two 5,000mcg per day, and I have now been taking biotin for a little over 2 months. And honestly, it actually does work! My hair grows EXTREMELY SLOWLY. I am half african american, half filipino - with course, dry, curly hair. After the first month of taking 10,000mcg of biotin everyday, I saw results. It could've been because of the high dosage that I was taking but I'm pretty sure 5,000mcg would probably produce similar results as well. Now after taking it for 2 months, my hair has grown about 2 1/2 inches, which is CRAZYYY! I definitely do recommend taking biotin if it's for hair growing purposes. I didn't break out in any crazy, dramatic way. I have naturally sensitive, acne-prone skin already but taking biotin didn't worsen it at all. Just drink more water as a precaution though. With my nails, I've always had fast-growing nails so... I can't say that this product affected them at all. Overall, this is a great product for growing out your hair!

Liked, vitamin content

This vitamin is descent. I love the ingredients on this. But, for me, I only see improvement on my nails than my hair or skin. Or, maybe I need more strength XD It is easy to swallow for someone who can’t swallow anything large lol I would recommend this but it works differently so please speak with your doctor before purchasing. Don’t be like me buying vitamins without doctor’s recommendation. I only got this because I am like losing a lot of hair.

粒が小さく、癖がないのでとても続けやすい。1日1粒でいいのもたすかる。 もう一つ追加購入しました。 変な匂いもしないのも嬉しい。 効果は…いまのところ順調なので、もう少し様子みようと思いますが、海外製品はタブの大きいのが多いので、飲みやすいこちらの商品で続けたいと思っています。 それに、粒が小さいということは、容器も小さい。これも大きなポイントです。場所取らないのって大事です。

上に行くように星5つけました。 商品は蓋がゆるゆる状態でとどき 誰かの使用済み？かと思いました カプセルも開封してませんが プラスチック容器の半分以下しか入っておらず 絶対100カプセルはないです。 また、Amazonから販売していない為 返品交換がききません。 皆さん注意されてください

輸入サプリは大きくて飲みづらいものが多いのですが、これは小さくてサッと飲めました。 効果はすぐに何かに効くというものではないので何とも言えませんが、日本のサプリより含有量はずっと多いので、爪や髪は丈夫になるのではないでしょうか。
