I picked this up to help with the forward head posture I've developed from years at a desk. After just a few sessions, I noticed a difference. It's firm, but in a good way, provides the right amount of support without being uncomfortable. I use it for about 10 minutes a day, and it's become a relaxing part of my routine. If you're looking to improve your posture and relieve neck tension, this is worth trying.

Sturdy and very firm/hard but works great. I like that I can use it for baseline pressure points of neck and for curviture.

It takes up more space than I anticipated, making it less practical for on-the-go use.Initial Discomfort: I experienced some initial discomfort while using it, especially with the higher settings. I love that I can easily adjust the height! I love that I can put it in just the right place behind my neck! I love how much better I feel after just a few minutes laying on this thing! I love that I can afford it! So happy to recommend--give it a try! The first time I used it, I was too tight and hurting too much to totally rest my neck on it, but after just a few days of 3 minutes use I was able to rest my neck completely for 5-10 minutes, and start tweaking it to the perfect positions to relieve pain and loosen up my body more. So, just a suggestion to start slow (only a couple minutes) and give it at least a week.

For me this product did not work. I tried it three times and finding correct placement was very uncomfortable and when I thought I found the correct spot only to be laying for three minutes I would have a neck ache from product. I returned. I was told from a chiropractor this would help it did not I returned
