Muay Thai Basics: Introductory Thai Boxing Techniques

I am now the Muay Thai world champ after reading this.Just kidding.

Very well written and explained. Nice size pages with pictures, well sized text. If you want to learn some self-defense I recommend this book. I am starting to practice this art, not only is it helpful for protection but its also great for working out and getting in shape. overall great book, I love it and probably gonna order me more from this author.

Good book but some of the demonstrations are very sloppy. Some of them you have to be a real careless fighter to fall for. Like moving out the way form certain front kicks instead of counter blocking with a shin or side low kick and soforth... Good for babies in the arts

If you're new to the Mauy Thai game, this book will fill you in on what you need to know about Mauy Thai. This book is very informative.

There is history, training, drills and lifestyle tips for Thai Boxers. Worht a read.

Great book to get you started in Muay Thai

I just want to say this book is good for next descriptions:PRO* The quality of the paper is excellent.* The pictures inside are made it by professionals.* The author and the rest of the crew are really professional fighters training in Thailand.* The techniques are real for using in a Muay Thai fighing.BAD*Is just for beginners and medium fighters.If you have a lot of experience in Muay Thai this book maybe will be boring for learn something new.A real "must have" JUST for beginners and medium fighters.

This is a great introduction into Muay Thai. Of course no book can replace a trainer. However this book is good to have as a took to learn more about the strikes. You also learn more about the history of Muay Thai.

There's no substitute for attending an actual class, but this is a great way to learn more about the history of the martial art and its place in the world today, as well as terms and directions for basic strikes and combinations.

This book is a boring non efficient telling of how to learn Muay Thai! I would rather Recommend Muay Thai Unleashed - by Erich Krauss.

i thought this book wo0uld be a manual but it is a information book it does have some techniques but is more for people who want to learn about muay thai for the knowledge purpose not for practitionars i was dissapointed i could have got this same information from the sport section of the library.
