Garage is downhill so when it rains the driveway looks like a river. Used a good quality glue put down in an x pattern and straight lines on both edges. Also put new seal on bottom of garage door itself, they seal great!! Garage doesn't flood anymore.

While it comes with written instructions, I watched the installation video they posted here on Amazon within the product photos. It's a relatively easy installation process and that video is very clear on steps I needed to take. After taking measurements, I used a hack saw to cut and dry fit, then used the garage door to help me determine exactly where I wanted it installed. I then marked the concrete with a pencil per instructions. The adhesive is extremely thick. So the only challenging part of the installation was putting down the adhesive because I needed both hands of pressure on the caulk gun to squeeze it from the tube. Other than that, it's a really good solution. I did NOT have to adjust the garage door opener settings, specifically the travel distance setting. It just works fine as it was.

We have a large commercial roll up door that has a concrete driveway that is slightly pitched toward the entrance which was allowing water to pass under the rubber door strip and puddle inside the garage. We installed this rubber threshold in front of the rubber door seal and glued it down to the concrete with a clear caulking. The rubber is of good quality and strong. It now diverts water to the edge of the driveway and keeps it from puddling inside the garage. Make sure to lay it long enough so water doesn’t run around it. Very pleased.

This actually works great. Would recommend cutting the roller track up from the floor an inch and slide it under. Very easy to install but may want someone around to help lay the strip down on the glue. Would definitely recommend.

When my street was paved and the pavement level raised an inch or two, heavy rain would cause a stream of water to come down my driveway and overflow and wash away my yard and flower beds. This appeard to be the tallest peak I could find. It raises the water barrier level by about 1 1/4 ". Helps a lot. The glue sent along with this product is awesome. Starts to set quickly, so be careful, but it is extremely durable.

Product is good overall, heavy duty to last, it seems. However, when it arrived I did not check the expiration date of the caulking glue that comes with it. I installed the same day as it arrived, but glue would not come out when using the caulking gun and so I checked the expiration date and it had expired several months before. I had to put the tube in the microwave to try to soften it. Didn't work well. Not happy with that because it will probably not adhere well. The seller should check that before selling and sending out.

Was looking for an unobtrusive low profile bump stop for my wife and I in our garage. Taking time to measure fore and aft for a perfectly centered stopping position- works every time. Never have to worry about pulling in too far or not far enough. Sealed to our concrete floor with the adhesive and withstood being 12” underwater for a week after Hurricane Milton. Design is advantageous for sweeping around and cleanup.

Moved house in January. The new place has an integral large double garage. Couldn't work out why the previous owner hadn't kept a car or stored much in it. Then it rained and all became clear. We live in the countryside and the door faces straight into any driving rain. The Weather Defender has proved to be the perfect solution. I had it fitted by someone doing other work on the house at the time. Could have done it myself but the guy is a skilled tradesman and would always do a better job than me. I've waited 5 months before reviewing to see if it works as hoped. Not a drop of rain has entered the garage in that time.

An excellent product. Well made, easy to install and most of all..............works. I have a slight negative slope to the garage door and installed it to keep the water out. It is a bit pricey but well worth it.

Does the job well, glued down across garage door threshold. Needs a bit of weight on it to hold it down whilst being glued down as wants to return to stored roll shape. Once glued, a few hours, happy with result.
