In fact when looking overtop of it and if you are looking directly at it when you turn it on it is a bit like getting shot in the eyes with a bright flashlight. The value to money only because the size of it I gave 4 stars. However it has 2x 3 prong regulate outlets and 3x USB outlets which should utilize upto 4 amps total. I mainly bought it for the USB ports as the regular outlets are on top of the base of this and it would leave wires running overtop of my nightstand. I think of it as a power strip in that regard. The USB ports are on the front of the base and are convenient for plugging/unplugging. The most obvious use for this is for charging mobile devices (cell phone, tablets). Fantastic
I don't have enough great things to say about this little lamp. It comes with a bulb so no need to worry about a replacement. The three brightness settings are perfect as are the plug-ins. It's a high quality lamp that should cost more but is worth the low price.

Great lamp and charging station.
Wish it was slightly taller but outside of that this is a solid desk lamp and charging station. Looks great and functions as it should. No complaints other than it being a little short. Charges my mirrorless camera and bluetooth headphones without a problem. The included light bulb provides more than enough light to provide seeable light in a bedroom or desk area.

Love it!
Just Love this little lamp. I have the one in black. I also attached a thin black piece of fabric over the top that matches the sides of the lamp shade. Creates a mellow light in my room, but enough light to get around and see everything. I really like the gentle touch on/off button. No clicking, just touch it. Yeah it is a small lamp, and I prefer that. Don't need a big honkin' lamp on my bedside end table taking up space. Has a small footprint that I prefer, while also giving off sufficient light. Don't have to reach to the sky to turn it on and off like you do on some big lamps. The button is right there within easy reach on the base. So nice to have the outlets and USB ports on the base of the lamp. So handy and convenient. Just a very simple functional convenient lamp that emits such a mellow light. I appreciate that it comes with an LED bulb. Very satisfied with this purchase.

This is the cutest light. It’s my favorite.. it’s a perfect size for my nightstand. And it has three levels of brightness.. it’s durable. I would recommend this.. I think it would be a cute gift too.
