I used for a couple months and the places my hair was thinning grew back

I had to give a 1 star review, Becca it makes you leave something, but really it's 0 stars!!! So I got this because I just had a baby 3 months ago, and my hair is thinning badly around the perimeter of my face. I am freaking out about it! I read a bunch of reviews and thought I'd try this out. As soon as I started gently rubbing this into my hair and scalp; my scalp started burning severely! I actually lost more hair in the shower that day than all of the others!!! I rinsed it out immediately with cold water, then tried using their conditioner, thinking maybe it would neutralize the burning from the shampoo. NOPE! I rinsed that out, then qiuckly washed my hair with a different shampoo to try to remove any residual oils etc from this shampoo & conditioner from my scalp and hair. It didn't help 100%, but it did help a little. I was not about to go through that experience again. In the trash they go! I went back to my normal shampoo and conditioner and still have fallout, but nothing like when I used this shampoo and conditioner combo. I think I would be bald if I kept using it. My hair is already bad enough as it is. I just figure I'll let my hormones regulate and I started taking supplements to help get my health fully restored after pregnancy and delivery. Hope it helps, because now I'm too scared to try anything else on my scalp/hair.

Overall I like the product. When I first opened the pump product came gushing out. Packaged extremely well though completely wrapped no way it will open during delivery. Can't really tell if my hair is growing fast but will continue to use.

I just started using this shampoo but can honestly say after the first use, I noticed my hair had more volume. My straight hair wasn't limp when I woke up in the morning and my curls stayed all day. It was soft with lots of body. I didn't care much for the scent at first but I'm gettn used to it and the tingling felt good. I hope to update my review after a few months.

Just received it so I have no idea how well it will work on my COVID hair loss. But it comes with a pump. The product is actually too thick for the pump to work. The manufacturer should save money and just eliminate the pump.

I've only been using this product for 3 days but my initial reaction to is that the smell isn't as pleasant as I like it but it makes my head feel fresh and like that "minty" feeling which is probably the eucalyptus in it. Although it kind smells like cough medicine when you put it in your hair, the smell goes away after you wash it out. When I've been using this your a while I'll let you know if it helps with hair growth or thickness.

I bought this shampoo for my wife. She has recently experienced some hair loss so I thought that this shampoo would be helpful for her. It is not a cheap shampoo to buy for sure, but the good thing is that she does not need to use a lot of it on her hair with water to make bubbles. However, we discovered that there is so much menthol in it. We're not sure yet of what menthol has anything to do with hair growth at this moment, but we're researching for it. The size of the shampoo is not that big either. With this kind of price, we wish the bottle would be bigger (more volume of shampoo). We hope that this shampoo with lots of menthol in it can deliver good results in about 2 - 3 months. Until then, I am not too sure to repurchase it too soon.
