I first bought 1 of these, 1 of the brand “Ephesus” that looks almost identical, and 1 microfiber quick dry beach towel. This brand was the definite winner. Although note I had to do like 3-4 washes before he would stop leaving lindt/fabric behind on body when using. I wish I had a warning it would do that because I almost gave up on it. Glad i didn’t. Micro fiber just takes too much effort to use and you are very slightly damp still. The Ephesus brand, I thought must get from the same place as this brand but put their own label, but the material on that brand was rough. This one is soft and feels great. We have 3 colors and all are beautiful shades. I love the size, softness, absorption, quick dry, space saving about this towel. I use it in my gym bag and makes it so easy to do a dry in the shower and then it’s big enough to hang around my body while I change, big enough to reach to get my fit, etc. and then doesn’t take up a ton of space in my bag and isn’t sopping wet afterwards. I also use for both my kids swim classes and same great benefits. We haven’t taken yet to a beach or anything.

I've bought 3 Turkish towels here on Amazon, all different brands from different companies/manufacturers. Of the 3, this is by far the softest. The other 2 were also a bit smaller or less absorbent. This brand is easy care, launders well with a minimal amount of shrinkage. It doesn't shed or pill. It takes up less shelf room in the linen closet and has multiple uses; it's a perfect tablecloth for the picnic table and works great as a beach blanket. It's lightweight too and did I mention how soft? But for me, Turkish towels in general have a down side. During summer with the air-conditioning on, I frequently chill when I first step out of the shower. These towels provide zero warmth! I miss the way a normal fluffy towel traps body heat in. I find the tassels on each end very aggravating as they catch in my hair, my glasses or on any corner or sharp edge of the bathroom cabinet. After a few washes, those tassels just become tangled strings that aren't attractive at all. Turkish towels also seem to pick easy. I can't let my cat around them as her claws seem to always catch and pick. She has no effect on traditional bath towels. If these negatives won't bother you, then I'd highly recommend this brand of turkish towels.

Wet Cat towels are great. I have tried a couple of other slightly cheaper brands which were fine but when I compare them to the Wet Cat towels they are not as soft. These make brilliant pool or beach towels. Although they are huge, they roll up to about the size of a t-shirt making them perfect for when traveling, picnicking etc. They also make a great throw on chilly nights when sitting outside. I love how absorbent they are and how quickly they dry. That's a bonus especially when humidity is high and thicker towels stay damp for hours. I have bought these as gifts numerous times plus have a selection for home use. They have been washed multiple times and still look like new. I just chuck them in the wash them with t-shirts, socks etc. and they tumble dry really quickly too. Excellent product.

Decided to try Turkish towels for a beach vacation. Ordered three different towels from three different brand/sellers, so that I could identify a brand/seller who sells authentic cotton towels of quality. Cotton has become a very important issue for me when shopping; I cannot stand polyester whether 100% or any percent. Two of the towels were 100% cotton and good quality. (You must place the towel in a mesh laundry bag to wash in a washer, or the tassels get damaged). This towel was one and I’m very pleased with its absorbency, minimal weight even when wet, quick drying, and the considerably less bulk. Now I use it in place of regular bath towels, since it stays wrapped around my hair despite its size. If these things are important to you, then give this one a try. —-Superfluous info below. I live in a hot climate and we need clothes, linen, and upholstery that BREATHE. Polyester does not breathe, no matter what a maker/seller says. It’s plastic, which cannot breathe. I discovered the importance of fabric breathing one summer when I wore a very lightweight, extremely loose-fitting, three quarter sleeve blouse to church. By the time I got to the church door that morning, I was already sweating and uncomfortably hot. The air-conditioning inside didn't help cool me down at all, and I had to leave the service for the restroom to splash my face w/cold water, because I kept getting hotter. Even that didn't help. I thought I was going to faint and/or vomit. Finally I went to a stall and took the polyester nightmare off. Immediately began cooling down. Encountered a lady in the restroom who told me it was the polyester top causing the problem and why. I’d never even thought to learn what Polyester is made from, plastic. I never want to overheat during a Texas summer again. But good luck finding clothing or anything fabric anymore that isn't polyester; It’s slim pickings. But it’s a sticking point for me.

Esta toalla es todo lo que menciona su descripción: pre-lavada, suave, ligera, compacta al doblarla y de secado rápido. Llegó antes de la fecha prevista por Amazon y de verdad, estoy encantada con la toalla. Sí se le pega la arena, si ésta está mojada...son leyes de física, no magia jajaja Pero la arena seca sí se quita muy fácilmente. Compré 4 colores distintos y ¡todos son hermosos! De verdad que dan ganas de ir a la playa solamente para usarlas jejejeje

Light weight and good color variation

The material is really soft and absorbent. I had bought a Turkish towel previously that is nice but not the quality this has. I totally recommend.

The colours are exactly as shown (denim blue and light grey) and the fringe didnt tangle in the wash. They are super soft and a nice, tight weave. No weak spots...
