Knowing that there are increasingly powerful forces in the universe that he has yet to encounter, Goku spends all of his time training to achieve greater strength. One fateful day, a mysterious new Saiyan appears before Goku and Vegeta: Broly. How can a Saiyan – a member of the proud warrior race that was annihilated after the destruction of Planet Vegeta – appear on Earth? With the return of Frieza from hell, a fierce battle awaits these three Saiyans who have followed completely different destinies. Review: Dragon ball - 👦🏽🧑🏻🦱👧🏻 A very good movie—my kids loved it. I recommend it to keep your children entertained.❤️🥰 Review: Luckily the DVD version doesn't seem to have the green overlay. - I brought up the scene where Broly first punches Vegeta and was able to pause it at the exact frame, that's used as an example in one of the other reviews. From the images I've seen, it's most noticeable when looking at the snow. I had both images right in front of me and from what I could see, the DVD version doesn't seem to have the green overlay, that is present in the Blu-ray version. Though the DVD editor listed, is the same as the Blu-ray editor. Editing mistakes happen, so I feel bad for the guy. Though it hardly seems unintentional, I doubt it was malicious. Try not to rag on the guy too hard. If you wanna play it safe I'd say get the DVD version, as the green overlay seems to be less likely to be on there. My only complaints are the lack of special features and the resolution. From time to time, I could see the pixels of the line work. So the resolution is probably sharper on the Blu-ray, but it's not worth it, knowing the green overlay is there. Really, it's a minor complaint, it's great and I loved rewatching the movie. You don't notice it most of the time even in a lot of the closeups. As for the special features, from what I saw in another review, they were removed anyway. Or at least any regarding Vic. Luckily his name is still listed in the credits, in the DVD version at least. I can't say the same for the Blu-ray, but it would be weird to edit out his name solely on that version. I say the movie is still worth a buy. The whole fiasco blows, but it's still a great movie and I don't think that undervalues the great work the animators and VO cast did. So let's all enjoy it and cherish the great work Vic did as Broly and as many other characters.

Best animated movie ever made for the Broly series! If you haven’t seen it yet, it’s more than words can describe!!!

The animation and action were truly top notch!
If you're a fan of Dragon Ball, this movie is definitely for you. The voice acting was great, especially having Vic Mignogna back as Broly. If you're expecting a deep story then you're at the wrong place. Lol. This Dragon Ball Z. The story at least makes sense but it gets you to the action and boy the action was intense!

Best day for me
I placed this on pre-order at original price. But on the release date few days later, they let me pay on cheaper price during this time. I love the movie. I know people say don’t buy anything from Funimation due to current event, but I only buy their movies or anime’s for the characters and the characters is what I care about. I waited two and a half months for it to ship and it came today.

Not DBZ but not bad
Lifelong Dragonball fan here. This was better than some of the DBZ movies but wouldn't call it stand out either. Worth watching once.
