Works great for me
I was hesitant to try these instead of the liquid bottle but they work just as well… not to mention it’s much better value. It feels like it takes slightly longer to kick in but gets the job done nonetheless. Both are very effective and I don’t get drowsiness in the morning. Also non habit forming and doesn’t negatively affect my sleep when I don’t take them.

Strength of the Diphenhydramine is 25mg per capsule totaling 50mg per tear off tab. Quantity for price was great and will pleasantly not expire until late 2027. *Please remember to take your health seriously and speak with your personal physician before introducing or medication change*

Nice for travel rather than the liquid

Only works for a few hours
It does help to get me to sleep, however it doesn't help me sleep through the night. I still wake up midway through the night and have trouble getting back to sleep.
