Last night with this new pillow (I’m 5’2” and I took out the middle section and liked how the higher side felt for both back and side), I woke up with NO neck/back/shoulder pain for the first time in a while! I had low expectations but am so glad I found some relief! I like this style of pillow so it fully retains its shape for consistent neck support throughout the night that I’m not fighting for anymore - HOORAY! Not sure how long it will last but 5-year warranty is pretty sweet. Glad I got this over the heavier and more pricey temperpedic that I’ve used in the past.

I received my pillow yesterday. Item was packaged well. Opened the pillow and put it on the table to puff up to full size. Noticed a slight odor but not strong or offensive. The pillow puffed up fairly quick and I was able to get a pillow case on it to use last night. I’ve used regular memory foam pillows before so I have to say I was skeptical, but this cervical pillow proved me wrong. I slept like a baby and I’m really glad I invested in this pillow. I have gone through sooo many pillows, in search of one that lets me have a decent night’s sleep, and this pillow is the one! I highly recommend it.

I have extremely bad neck pain so I have been looking for a pillow to help ease it. I do like the support it gives my neck and the firmness is very nice. Unfortunately it hasn't helped much with my neck pain, but that's not the pillows fault I'm sure.

The quality of the foam is very good and it's not smelly like others that I have tried. Most important thing is the adjustability of this pillow height for different firmness of mattresses. If you use a soft mattress you wanna use low height because body sinks into the mattress. And for hard mattress you wanna use it without removing the middle foam. Overall highly recommended.

I have horrible neck issues. I had a name brand, expensive pillow that was wonderful but no longer available. I have bought numerous other memory foam pillows, and none of them have been supportive enough. On Prime day last year I thought I would try this one. IT WORKS! I want to buy a few more to have when this one wears out. It's adjustable! This way if it's too firm you take a layer out. It's perfect.

The reviews are great but my neck still bothers me, so I will have to continue to search for the right pillow

I was in a very bad accident, numerous injuries, surgeries, etc. for the last 30 years. I had purchased the perfect pillow at bed bath and beyond and could not find a a replacement. Search high and low for months mattress, stores, Amazon, etc..I took a chance I’m not trying this one out went by the reviews and it was heaven. Just enough comfort and support and alignment of the spine going to this time order a back up. Thank you God.
