The tile guy installed this in my shower before he started the floor pan. So I can't say how easy it was but it worked and the shower is tiled.

This hub has weep holes, which do make it into the inner drain because the inner diameter of the upper part is larger than the ID of the lower part. The presence of the weep holes means this drain is designed to be used with a rubber membrane between 2 layers of mud, and not for use with liquid topical membrane (unless using the divot method).Works well with the Neodrain linear drains.
