I LOVE this!! It was easy to put together, pads stayed in place and was super fast at steaming. I have tile and have always had to hand scrub the grout until today! I love that it’s kinda self propelled, easily glided across my floors with little effort. Super easy to manipulate under cabinets and in between areas normally hard to get. Love the lights on it too! I didn’t have any issues with water leaking, and the water reservoir was easy to remove and put back on, wasn’t heavy or difficult to latch back into place. This is my second Shark steamer, I still have my first one and use it (6 years now, never an issue) but wanted to try one with the double rotating pads and I am so glad I did! The steam cleans so well and the floors feel and look so good! The price is great, very happy with my purchase. Most definitely recommend purchasing.

Love this steamer!! My dogs saliva drips and I get drips all over my bamboo floor. This steamer uses very little water and steams clean the drips!! It’s light and easy to use. Makes cleaning the floor quick and clean!

We had an older model Shark Steam Mop (rectangular mop head with slip on covers) that I loved for many years. It is still working and now is our basement mop, but I bought this when a coworker was raving about a similar spin steamer she had bought from another brand. The thing I love about the Shark mops is the ability to clean without chemicals, so when I saw they had a newer model that had the spin feature she was describing, I decided to get one. I've had this for awhile now and it does a great job. My two very minor complaints are 1) because the cleaning pads are round, you're not going to effectively get all the way into corners and 2) it's kind of a pain that the pads have to be washed without fabric softener as they end up being one of maybe three items in a very, very tiny wash load. Other than that, I love it!

Much improved over the older model. This cleans my hard surfaces [tile, hardwood, vinyl] better than anything I’ve used. Super easy to navigate, it sort of moves on its own power. LED lights are awesome. Was not impressed with the construction on the past model. This seems to address those past issues. If it hold up over time it will be A+++. I hope it does because the overall cleaning power is outstanding.

Additionally, the scrubbing action of the mop is gentle yet effective, effortlessly tackling dirt and leaving my floors not just clean, but impressively spotless.However, I did find the water tank a bit on the smaller side. For my 1500 sq ft home, I need to refill it at least once during the cleaning process to cover the entire area, which can be a slight inconvenience. Despite this, the floors dry quickly and feel incredibly fresh and dry to the touch after cleaning.In summary, while the tank size could be larger, the overall performance of the Shark Steam & Scrub All-in-One makes it a worthy tool for anyone seeking a powerful, easy-to-use solution for keeping their floors pristine. Highly recommended for its efficient cleaning capabilities, even if it means a refill during the process.

Works amazing! Leaves floor clean and sanitized without any residue, and without any harsh chemicals. Has 3 heat settings, I find using level 1 or 2 sufficient. I have vinyl plank flooring, and the heat has not caused any damage. Cord length could be longer. Great value for money. Would definitely buy again.

I love this steam floor scrubber/mop. I have used this almost every day. It’s so simple. It works great. Rewash pads and leave to dry. I’ve told my daughters and friends, you need this!
