Worked first time and synced my cable and firestick to it would buy again and so easy to use was a good price and is very well made

worked from the start without having to 'tune' it in. Very pleased with item and quick delivery. I had previously wasted money buying a recommended universal one from Asda which turned out to be useless. My tip would be make sure the illustrations exactly match the replacement one you are looking for!

Had this remote for 5 months, and pretty much after a week of having it it’s useless, buttons stick, it won’t connect to the Tv so I have to press the same button numerous times to get it to do what I want it to do. The “ App” button completely doesn’t work, so I’m only able to use YouTube, prime , Netflix or freeview unless I separately connect my phone to open other apps, so what was the point in the remote? Maybe it’s just a faulty remote, and I got unlucky, but realistically for the price I paid I’d expect a remote that works longer than 7 days.Buy this with caution!!

After trying multiple different universal remotes with no joy this one was my last resort. I didn't hold out much hope but this one actually worked. Straight out of the packaging! I'm so pleased.

Works great with my TV had no problems with it and it connected straight away

Did the job,life without a remote control is not a happy one😂

This will not connect to a Polaroid tv. Complete waste of money
