Perfect for Neapolitan Dough
I prefer glass over plastic as it relates to food cooking and storage. Ooni has made a great product that is the perfect size for dough proofing at home. The bowls stack on each other for space savings and are eco friendly as well. If there is one critique, I wish it was sold with 4 bowls rather than 3.
