Yes. Accurate BMI needs your height input once only.

Q: What’s the maximum weight it can register?

The documentation says it goes up to 180 kg

Q: Do these scales definitely weigh in stones? Bought some that said they do but don't. Don't want to make the same mistake.

There is a switch at the back which moves from kilos to pounds I use stones and pounds every day .

Q: Does anyone know how well this track different users with similar weights? Can you tell it who is currently weighing in?

Yes. If there’s two users near the same weight it gives you an option to select between the two right after your readout. You shift your weight between your right and left feet to select between the person you want to record the reading for.
