I loved this! Unfortunately, it was not exactly what we needed, so we had to return it because it didn’t fit in the space. But, I was sad to return it because I really loved it. It made great little crackling sounds and generated quite a bit of heat. It’s just that our room was too large for the amount of heat it produced. I recommend highly for a small to midsize room. We just needed a bigger one for our specific large room. But I recommend.

Love the different flames. Remote works well. Heats as a large Living room fairly ok.

Absolutely wonderful product. It came as one whole piece and there was no assembly required. We simply inserted it into our fireplace and plugged it in. It has a remote control to change the color of the fire. The height of the fire.can also be changed. There's also a heater, and it works fantastic. The flame effect, it's awesome and it is great quality for the money.

I am absolutely in love with this. It fits my fireplace perfect. Only things I didn’t like is the crackling sound it’s supposed to make sound extremely artificial. If sounds muffled like a bad quality track. The flames aren’t the most realistic but but it doesn’t bother me much. And the heat levels are great and heat my entire living room and kitchen!

This thing will heat the whole house if you forget it's on..

Pulled this out of the box and had in the fireplace in a couple of minutes. It was 41 degrees outside. Used the remote to turn it on and selected a nice color. It is hypnotic just like a real fire! We made sure that is was safe to touch and it is hot only were the heat ejects on the bottom. I have an 1800 sq ft house and it’s a 2 story. This took about an hour to get it there, but it heated my bottom story (about 1000 sq ft) with an open kitchen, an office, a living room (where the fireplace is) and an open stair case. You can set the temp. It’s relatively quiet. No worse than a quiet fan. Heats like a champ. Can run without heat. Fake flames are beautiful. Doesn’t make noise. The one I was sent was 1500 w. If you need it to heat and look nice this one is it!
