My wife has back issues and has always used these kneeling chairs. She saw this one with the back rest and wanted to give it a try. She loves it! Lots of padding and the back rest is very nice. The chair also has multiple adjustments to position it just right.

This is my first day using the chair in my home office. So far, it's functioning fine. All the screws and parts were included, nothing missing, which is a huge win to start!I'll make some comments about assembly, hopefully to relieve someone else from being frustrated.-- Step 1: Triple-check the orientation of the "Pedal Holder". The screw holes in the seat allow it to be attached in either direction, but one direction is correct and the other direction won't work. The triangle tip of the "Pedal Holder" must be pointed AWAY from the 3 screw holes for backrest attachment. The front of the seat is slightly concave; the triangle tip must point towards the front.-- Step 4: The directions imply that you need BOTH "Medium Screw Pin (3)" bolts to connect the Short Frame and Long frame. This is not correct. Only ONE of the "Medium Screw Pin (3)" bolts is used two connect the 2 frames. There is a series of 5 contiguous holes in the short frame. Pick one of the holes for attaching the frames together. If you are a taller person, you'll want to pick a hole closer to the bottom (caster end) of the short frame.-- The other "Medium Screw Pin (3)" bolt is used to connect the piston to the frame.-- The parts included most of the needed tools, but the iron wrench didn't fit the bolt which attaches the shin pad. I had to get out my sockets and end-wrenches to attach that bolt.

The mesh fabric on the back rest and the rubber tubing around it popped out completely! I have only been sitting in the chair for 3 days and I'm 145 lbs!! Let's hope the rest doesn't fall apart! Oddly too, it's a heavy chair!

No back support at all, despite being advertised for back support!
